RealtorsÂ® who decide to begin interviewing for a Personal Assistant need to understand how that person can and cannot help them according to the law, and this course will help them recognize the policies and procedures surrounding hiring and employing an assistant.

Objectives: After taking this class students will be able to:
â€¢ List the duties a non-licensed personal assistant and a licensed personal assistant may perform.
â€¢ How to interview candidates and determine the right person to hire.
â€¢ How to assemble a policy manual and checklist which will aid in the training of a personal assistant.
â€¢ Have alternative methods of paying their employee and what taxes they can be held responsible for.
