Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to:
• Identify what a goal is
• List the key elements of a goal
• Determine statistical information regarding their sales price, percent of buyers versus sellers, and know where their leads come from which result in closed transactions
• Calculate their average commission earned
• Differentiate between their goal gross income and their goal net income and know why it’s important to have both in their goals
• Specify which activities they should do and how often in order to achieve their goals
• Know what their time is worth at the income level they want to achieve
• Prepare clear, concise, and attainable written goals
