For individuals and their families\, it all starts with the ability to  purchase an affordable home. And that?s where you come in.  \n Objectives: After taking this class students will be able to:\n ? Identify your role in affordable housing\n ? Describe affordable housing and housing opportunities\n ? Explain how demographic changes impact affordable housing and housing  opportunities\n ? List special considerations for first-time homebuyers\n ? Identify the benefits of working with housing counselors\n ? Explain where to locate down payment and closing cost assistance\n ? Describe qualifying guidelines for convention and government loans\n ? Explain how housing opportunities can be increased in your community\n ? Identify opportunities for local advocacy\n ? Locate resources online and in your local community to educate yourself and  your client on affordable housing  \n 4 hours CE credit.
