SUMMARY:Code of Ethics
DESCRIPTION:This class satisfies the 3 hours required in ethics every 2 years with NAR. Discussion will focus on NAR’s 2018 edition of Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice as well as defining due process\, the functions of the Grievance and of the Professional Standards Committee\, mediation\, and arbitration. This course will also take you through hypothetical situations involving the code of ethics\, arbitration\, and a full study of procuring cause. Instructor: Richard Fryer
